Fourteen students coming from 12 countries (Argentina, India, Sri Lanka, Bulgaria, Czech republic, Germany, Nigeria, Italy, Spain, UK, France, Slovakia) are attending the AMIGA Summer School 2015 in Nitra (SK).

After 3 days of lectures and practical exercises the students will go and visit AMIGA maize experimental fields in Slovakia and tomorrow will present their risk assessment approach to 4 case studies of GM crops (potato, oilseed rape, soybean, wheat).

Teachers from AMIGA Consortium and with the contribution of EFSA are discussing with students different theoretical and practical aspects of environmental risk assessment for genetically modified crops.
